I received the lamp but it didn't work. I called and was told they would send a new one without having to send the original back. It never came. I called again and again was told a new one would be here in 1 week. It's been two weeks and no lamp.More detail ...

GREAT PRODUCT! The Real Thing!!!

This is great lamp... Received mine from "Lamps Plus" via Amazon.com and the package came in perfect condition with plenty of cushion to get it to my home safely... This one has nice contrasting colors that give off a nice glow to the room without really adding much light... Great fun light!!!More detail ...
